These costs are per boat based upon two persons sharing, if you share with a member from outside your group we will divided the cost between the persons sharing. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult and travel in a canoe with them Children up to 15 may share as a third person in a canoe at no extra charge. Over 16 they will be treated as an adult for the purpose of sharing a boat. i.e. if a person is over 16 they will make up one of two in a boat.

Deposits

Pre booked trips: All escorted trips must be pre booked on booking a 10% deposit will be required this will be refunded in full if the trip is cancelled with more than 15 days notice. half the deposit will be returned if cancelled up to 7 days before. less than 7 days cancellation all the deposit will be lost. Lost equipment is our responsibility.

Unescorted trips: All unescorted trips attract a deposit of £30.00 per boat which will be payable on the day in advance of hiring. Lost paddles, equipment will be charged as detailed on the hire agreement.

Paddle £45.00, helmet £14.00, buoyancy aid £60.00 note these are only examples the exact cost will be on your hire agreement.

These tapes are made individually per customer and require a week to produce they will be posted to you within 10 days.Note not suitable for outside the EU due to compatibility problems.Not available on unescorted tours. Cost includes postage and packing. Payment in advance is required

Each album holds up to 15 pictures digitally produced and printed. A VCD will also be supplied. These will be available to either collect the next day from the canal side or be posted to you within 7 days. Not available on unescorted tours. Cost includes postage and packing Payment in advance is required.
